We represent clients in all matrimonial matters, which encompass the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce/dissolution of marriage, support, and parenting plan unconnected with dissolution of marriage, and injunctive relief. Our clients’ backgrounds are diverse and span various industries and professions, including physicians, business owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs of large companies, prominent figures in entertainment, lobbyists, professional athletes, and their spouses. Mr. Cunha’s background and knowledge of complex financial matters and experience in resolving divorce cases discreetly have led to a growing demand for our office’s services. Our office has handled many dissolution of marriage cases throughout Florida. Several cases are purposely filed in less populated counties in Florida (when both parties consent) to minimize publicity. A few of the aforementioned individuals continue to keep Mr. Cunha on an ongoing retainer after the dissolution of marriage proceedings to assist in business-related matters, such as preparing contracts and/or reviewing NDAs, Operating Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, Co-Ops, structuring REITS, etc. Occasionally, Mr. Cunha will take on a commercial litigation case involving contractual disputes or assist the client in securing outside counsel and overseeing the litigation.
